Well there was a misplay and card text read in Sevens so why not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I mean, misplays in the anime are treated more like emotional factors, such as IV in Zexal did a misplay coz he's upset/angered, and in Sevens there's the -ko girl who misplayed coz she's lazy. This is the first time I think I see misplay treated as an amateurish move that new players must watch out.

Looks like Omaeno got a different catchphrase this time. With all these weird minor differences down to the biggest offender, the 6 Duel Disk instead of the 7 Duel Disk, it seems more and more likely that this may be set in a different universe than the original Sevens. However, that 7 Duel Disk definitely connects the two.

Fun fact: Hiramori Mitsuko's name is partly a pun. Obviously she likes things in groups of three. In Japanese, when counting things, "mitsu" means three.

the entire show so far is like when yuuga was trying to save Luke from Lukeman he dresses up as almost "Hero Kid" but entirely wrong

Nice this is the first non tutorial duel. I think we're done with the tutorial part of the story although the title of next episode makes it seem like we're going back lol.

maybe i should wait till it finish the First Arc of the story after all. it just like Zexal first time but Worst. I am sure it will interesting Later with Some Power Up And surely when Ōdō Yūga and old crew and Luke is back as some point it will be Good.
